2011 plans include up to $200M in capital expenditures
Canadian quick-service restaurant chain Tim Hortons said it plans to open 160 to 180 restaurants in its home country in 2011, along with 70 to 90 locales in the U.S. The restaurateur also said it expects its capital expenditures for the year to total between $180 million to $200 million. The new Tim Hortons will build on an existing network of 3,148 outlets in Canada and just over 600 in the United States.
