Design of celebrity chef's CityCenter eatery a modern take on the traditional English pub
Celebrity Chef Todd English has opened his latest culinary eatery, Todd English P.U.B., inside the Crystals luxury retail and entertainment district in Las Vegas' new CityCenter complex. The P.U.B. (an acronym for Public Urban Bar) is a modern interpretation of an authentic English pub.
“CityCenter is a state-of-the-art, innovative destination and it was an obvious location choice for Todd English P.U.B,” English notes. “I look forward to helping locals and tourists alike to enjoy a unique pub experience, one pint at a time.”
The space features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that give guests an opportunity to view the angular architecture of the surrounding buildings in the CityCenter complex. The P.U.B.'s centerpiece is an elongated bar that's flanked with wooden booths and long party tables, and it also features an open-view kitchen.
