UFood Restaurant Group Inc. is adding to its roster of non-traditional restaurant sites. The Boston-based company announced that its Texas franchisee, Puente-Brancato Enterprises Inc., has signed a lease agreement to open a UFood Grill Restaurant later this year in Parkland Memorial Hospital, Dallas County's public hospital.
"The UFood concept is a natural fit for hospitals looking to provide its employees, patients, and guests a quick-service restaurant offering customers a ‘better-for-you' and unique casual dining experience," said Gina Puente-Brancato, ceo of Puente-Brancato Enterprises.
UFood's other nontraditional restaurants are located at airports in Boston and Dallas/Fort Worth.
