Hilton Hotels Corp. announced the upcoming addition of two Doubletree properties in the U.K.: The conversion of the existing 72-room Cadbury House Hotel and Country Club near Bristol, and a 127 room new-build within the MK Dons Football Club stadium in Milton Keynes. Both properties are slated to open by the end of this year.
Interstate Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement to manage the Holiday Inn Laredo Civic Center in Texas. The 203-room property is owned by BIA Acquisitions, a Texas-based limited partnership.
Delaware North Cos. Parks & Resorts announced the opening of an Embers Restaurant at its Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, Calif.
Concord Hospitality Enterprises announced it has secured a $10.8 million loan to build a 124-room Courtyard by Marriott Meadow Lands in Washington, Pa., that is slated to open in fall 2010.
