Wyndham Hotel Group announced its entrance into the Cayman Islands with the addition of a new-build resort as well as a renovated one on Grand Cayman island: The five-star, 130-room Wyndham Grand Bay Waterford is slated to open in 2011, while the renovated, 170-room Ramada Grand Caymanian Beach Club and Resort recently opened. Both properties are owned and managed by the Grand Cayman-based GFK Group.
