The Wynn Las Vegas resort has unveiled a lighter look for its updated guest rooms and suites. Designed by Roger Thomas, executive vice president of design for Wynn Design and Development, the company says the new-look rooms feature rich finishes, including wallpaper, carpets, chairs, couches and lamps, while maintaining an elegant residential feel.
“Wynn has been open for just over five years, and we felt is was time to do more than just refresh the rooms, but to really give them a completely different feel,” said Wynn Las Vegas and Encore president Andrew Pascal. “The new rooms are fresh and crisp and light; they are incredibly uplifting.”
The property's new Resort Deluxe rooms feature a crisp, neutral and creamy décor and abundant natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The upgraded Panoramic View Deluxe rooms feature wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows, a bright, buttery palette and custom furnishings. The redecorated Panoramic Corner View Deluxe rooms feature a refurbished repertoire of casually elegant furniture and fabrics.
The renovation project at Wynn Las Vegas will encompass all of the property's 2,716 guest rooms and suites, and is slated to continue through early 2011.
